The KSM 1 uses hybrid baffle geometry combined with interior helical cuts to maximize on the fundamental principal for all suppressors…

The greater the turbulence the quieter the sound.

Each baffle is cut from 17-4R PH stainless steel in 1 inch baffles. To form the strongest bond between the baffles, each one is concentrically laser welded together to create a durable, reliable, core.

KSM 1 includes the HUB, Hybrid Universal Base, (1 3/8x24) thread pitch system to give our customers maximum versatility for their application. The first baffle of the first core baffle can accommodate the longest of muzzle brakes.

The end cap has been extended to maximize sound suppression and of course overall durability.

Heat treat is at H900 Heat treat process degrees for over 4 hours to give this silencer a finish to last a lifetime and the strength to back it up. Hence the raw straw looking color.

Rear direct thread adapter uses common 7/8th wrench, while front cap is designed to accommodate 21 mm socket wrench so you are never up the disassembly creek without the paddle.

Throughout the past 4 years in our development of the design, we tested many different types of suppressors on the market and found many that were not hearing safe without additional protection or sadly very quiet but ready to jam with the copious amount of gun powder residue and debris.
